Today more than ever, we are doing things that are out of our routine. Like spending large amounts of time with the family, walks in the neighborhood, zoom calls, and working virtually. We are doing something out of our standard patterns, which can help us become better people. On the other hand, we are also picking up new habits, some good some bad.

We're rewiring, changing our scripts by reconfiguring Nero networks to create life changes.

The thing is we have also to be aware and not allow this to change us for the worst.

There will be almost 30 days of habit creation, and in this episode, Michael shares a simple conversation to give insight on what's happening both consciously and subconsciously. You have to decide how you will rewire your life for the good or the bad.
